Flight operation officer (FOO) also known as a flight dispatch or airline dispatcher is an aviation course that prepares one in planning  flight paths, aircraft performance and loading ,  enroute winds, thunderstorm  and turbulence forecast, airspace restrictions and airport conditions. A pilot will need all this information before he gets in the aircraft to fly.

To qualify to be employed in an airline as a flight dispatcher or Flight operation officer one needs a license issued by local CAA. Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) is mandated issuing authority in Kenya.

Skymax flying school is approved training organization by KCAA and will train you and prepares you to sit for the KCAA license exams.
